Trailer Rentals

Appropriate permit(s) from the NY State Liquor Authority are required in order to obtain a rental agreement.

If you are a current licensed retail account, please contact your Sales Representative.

If you are a non-licensed business interested in renting a draught trailer, please complete the form for more information regarding rental fees, NY State Liquor Authority permits, and insurance requirements. Please contact specialevents@saratogaeagle.com if you have any questions.

Rentals are dependent upon fleet availability and are limited to use in New York State. A higher volume of events are experienced during peak season (June, July, August). Inquire ASAP for best outcome.

TRAILER SIZE OPTIONS

Meet Our Fleet

PICNIC TRAILER

These “fun size” picnic trailers are capable of holding up to 30 ½ kegs and are capable of pouring up to four tapped kegs from each side of the trailer for a total of 8 taps flowing at once. These trailers are refrigerated to accommodate your summer picnic needs and do require a designated standard 110 volt 3 prong outlet to keep the refrigeration unit running and keeping your beverages cold. We can assist with disposable cups for serving and storage tubs and bins of you should choose to display your can or bottled beverages on ice. Our technicians tow these units behind their service vans and deliver these trailers spotting them as per your requests. Perfect for the backyard, at the park, or for the local fundraiser at your church our fire hall.

SPECIAL EVENTS TRAILER

These “party size” special events trailers are capable of holding up to 160 ½ kegs and are capable of pouring up to 16 tapped kegs from the driver side of the trailer. These trailers are refrigerated to accommodate your special events needs and do not require a designated power source. Instead they operate off a self-contained diesel fuel source that will and keep your beer at a preset temperature. These trailers are capable of running up to 5 days without the need to be refueled. We can assist with disposable cups for serving and storage tubs and bins of you should choose to display can or bottled beverages on ice. Our technicians tow these units deliver these trailers spotting them as per your requests.
